Colorado National Monument | Full-time RV Lifestyle

Today we’re visiting Colorado National Monument from Fruita CO. We complete the 23 mile scenic drive, hike around balanced rock, and take the Window Rock trail. We think the people of Fruita and Grand Junction are lucky to have this beautiful National Park in their backyard, and we’d love to come back to spend more time hiking along the canyon bottom, and rock climbing some of the features. If you’re passing through Grand Junction and/or Fruita CO, we highly recommend at least a half-day stop at Colorado National Monument. The scenic drive is 23 miles one-way, but the road is two-way so you can take the drive in either direction. Enjoy!
