Arches National Park Secret Entrance [nearby RV camping/boondocking]
1 min read
We’re boondocking near Arches National Park and Moab, UT in our Class A RV Motorhome. We followed a dirt road from our campsite to a back "secret" entrance to Arches National Park. As one of the top national parks in the USA, starting April 3, 2022 Arches was operating with a ticketed, timed-entry system. Lucky for us, we were camping nearby to the this secret entrance and didn’t have to deal with the ticketing system or wait in the long lines that we saw whenever we drove into Moab.
We hiked to Landscape, Double O, and Delicate arches of the well-known arches, and saw many more named and unamed arches. Camping about 20 miles north of Moab, UT in our RV Motorhome.
Arches is a stunning National Park with tons of epic hiking, and beautiful scenic drives. Enjoy!
